faqs

How do we book?

Contact us by phone or email to check if your date is available. Let us know what you are looking for and we will send you a quote. Make sure you check your junk/spam as sometimes our emails end up there. 

 

How much should we order?

We recommend that you cater for 80% of your guests if pizza is not the main meal.

Can we order more on the day?

Sadly no. To reduce wastage, we only bring the amount of dough needed for your event. Our dough takes 48 hours to prove so we can’t whip up any more on the spot – sorry!

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate most requests but advance notice always helps!

We can provide gluten free pizza bases for those with gluten intolerance but unfortunately we cannot cater for those with coeliac allergy due to the risk of cross contamination with our flour.

 

do you have insurance?

Yes! We will send you a PDF pack with our details and certificates on request. 

What do you need to set up?

We need space to park our truck and open the hatch, preferably the ground will be flat. For weddings and events we would also ideally need access to a power socket. 

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations with notice, the following charges will apply:

Less than 1 month – your deposit payment 

Less than 7 days – 50% of the total amount
